Designer / Decorator

STYLIST DESIGN & DECORATOR PACKAGE

For the bride who only needs styling and decorating services.  Stylist provides Inspiration Board, based on discussion, venue, and needs, for focused shopping and financial control.  Includes designs for all budget categories and outside-the-box thinking, for both unique style and expense management.  We direct and work, hands-on, during set-up and breakdown, to assure you’re walking in to a gorgeously decorated event!.

  • Up to 2 in-person Meetings
  • Venue walk-through
  • Open Communication

STYLING & DESIGN:

HOURLY SERVICES

For the bride or business who simply needs a Consultant and/or Rehearsal or Event Day Director.  Expert consultation for any aspect of planning.  Excellent for the DIY bride who just needs advice or specific services.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Flat Rate Consultation or Director’s Fee
  • Min 8 Hour Director’s Fee includes 1 hour Pre-Event meeting
  • Hourly Rate could include the following:
    • Timeline creation
    • Budget advice
    • Vendor recommendations
    • Attending vendor meetings
    • Venue layout
    • Design recommendations
    • DIY creative ideas
    • Rehearsal or Wedding/Event Director
    • Anything you need help with that will SAVE you time, money, and effort!

WHAT IS THE INVESTMENT?   $100 per hour

TIMELINE CREATION

So, you’ve got EVERYTHING handled.  BUT, you have a FULL day and need to figure out this whole timeline thing.  When is hair and makeup?  What about arrival times for the bridal party, groom’s party, caterer, cake, DJ, band, photographer?  And, when are the photos to begin?  First look?  How about cake cutting, first dance, and toasts?

That’s so much to wrap your brain around!  And, without a bit of help, you’re apt to leave something out or have a chaotic day.  Give yourself peace of mind by using our Timeline Creator program.  Easily customizable to your specific wedding and needs.  Then, you plug in the pertinent info – who, what, where, when-ish – it’ll calculate a super professional timeline for you and your entire wedding party.  Our Expert Wedding Consultant will take a look at your final schedule, to be sure everything is in order.

Once you get your awesome schedule, pass it out to everyone who needs it – to include bridal party and immediately family to photographer to hair and makeup to your flower girl’s mom.  You want to make sure you are all on the same page, so your trip down the aisle will be smooth and on schedule.

All-Inclusive Wedding

ALL-INCLUSIVE WEDDING PACKAGE

This is perfect for the busy bride!  We do ALL of the work and the budget is never in question.  You simply show up, with clothing in hand.  Talk about Stress Free!!!  You’ll have a few initial options and decisions, then we take it from there.  Nothing else to worry about!

  • Complete Wedding, Planning, Vendor Coordinating, Styling
  • Full Styling & Design of Event, to include Set-up and Breakdown
  • Hiring & Coordination of all Vendors and the design of their services
  • Timeline & Details for Rehearsal, Reception, and Ceremony
  • 12 Hour Event Day / Rehearsal Coordination (Director & Concierge)
  • Open Communication with Planner

HOW DOES THE BUDGET WORK?

  • Sliding Scale, allocating more funds to areas of greater importance (food, florals, entertainment, videography, etc.)

WHAT DOES ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAN?

  • What WILL be included:  Event Planner/Director and Concierge, Venue, Flowers, Catering, Cake/Desserts, Photography, DJ, Photo Booth, Décor, Linens, Dish/Silverware, Invitations, Officiant, Gratuities, Deputy, Fire Marshall, Insurance, “Guestbook” 
  • What MAY be included, based on Sliding Budget:  Videography, Mobile Bar, Bartender, Beverages, Transportation, Groom’s Cake, Save the Date Cards, Invitation Addressing Service
  • What WILL NOT be included:  Dresses, Jewelry, Tuxedos, Rehearsal Dinner, Engagement Photos

Don’t have time to purchase your décor or other wedding items?  We can do it for you!  Rather than spending all of your time wandering around town or the internet, searching for what you “might” find, we know where to find the stash – at the best prices!  We’re happy to handle the shopping for you!.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Combine as much as you need completed in one big shopping adventure
  • We love to shop, but we also are budget savers
  • Give us a list – we’ll tackle it in the most efficient manner
  • We’ll know whether it’s best found locally or on-line

CONCIERGE SERVICE

Need to do a bunch of last minute running around but you need to clone yourself to do it all?  Ha!  Well, fortunately, you are not alone in this!!!  And, we are here to help!  Give us your list and we will tackle it for you.  Whether it is picking up dresses, alcohol, or snacks, dropping off gift bags for out-of-town guests, returning tuxes or rental items, whatever the case may be, we can take it off your to-do list!  No need to stress – that’s our job, lol!

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

  • Any pick-up, delivery, errand, or return
  • Cargo Delivery vehicle available
